WE HOPE YOU LOVE YOUR ITEMS, BUT IF YOU DECIDE IT ISN'T THE RIGHT FIT, OR IT'S JUST NOT YOUR STYLE, WE UNDERSTAND! WE'VE CREATED A HASSLE-FREE RETURN POLICY TO ALLOW YOU TO PICK OUT SOMETHING NEW, AT YOUR CONVENIENCE!

ALL RETURNS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE. MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION - TAGS ATTACHED, UNWORN, UNWASHED, & UNALTERED.

PROCEDURE

1. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN ITEM, PLEASE EMAIL CRYSTAL AT MILOANDLILYBOUTIQUE@GMAIL.COM FOR APPROVAL.

2. SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK TO US, PLEASE INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP IN YOUR SHIPMENT. SHIP TO: 11628 NW 109TH STREET YUKON, OK 73099

3. ONCE WE RECEIVE THE ITEM(S), YOU WILL RECEIVE EITHER A REFUND (IF THAT WAS WHAT YOU SELECTED) OR AN EMAIL WITH A PROMO CODE  FOR THE DOLLAR AMOUNT OF THE ITEM(S) YOU ARE RETURNING- PLEASE NOTE THAT ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

4. THE PROMO CODE DOES EXPIRE; YOU MUST PLACE A NEW ORDER WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF ORIGINAL ORDER.

ALL ORDERS OF $75 OR GREATER PLACED WITHIN CONTINENTAL US WILL SHIP FOR FREE! ANY RETURN IS SHIPPED BACK TO MILO & LILY AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMER. 

ALL ORDERS PLACED WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. ORDERS PLACED AFTER 3PM ON FRIDAYS WILL SHIP THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL DELAYS DUE TO WEATHER, HOLIDAYS, AND USPS EXCEPTIONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL; HOWEVER, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL IMMEDIATELY IF SUCH A DELAY EXISTS. AS SOON AS YOUR ORDER SHIPS YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED FROM THE ACCOUNT.
